[Specifications]:

[Features]:

◆ Weak acid in color of white. Being kept in solid condition when under room temperature, and in liquid when being heated.
◆ This solder paste promotes better wetting of solder, cleans oxidation on the surface and help fluxes efficiently at the same time. Furthermore, it prevents metals from oxidation again.
◆ This Pb-free solder paste is RoHS 2.0 compliant.
◆ Paste is well stored in an aluminum can to prevent leaking and shield from light exposure.
